At the start of his progressive career, Ram graduated from Nagarjuna University in India with a Civil and Environmental Engineering degree and later earned his Master's in Computer and Information Sciences at Cleveland State University in Ohio. With this as his base, Ram went on to work as a respected and seasoned senior software developer, cultivating over 20 years of consultative leadership and design experience within the technology sector. During this time, Ram simultaneously utilized his rooted aptitude for interactive web development and programming, which became the catalyst for him to create tailored applications and immersive technology solutions, master Salesforce, and pioneer advanced organizational growth.

Upon holding several other leadership roles prior, Ram began working for the third-largest engineering design and construction company worldwide, AECOM. Shifting through various roles and responsibilities within this company for 17+ years, Ram strengthened his performance assessment, project management, and design/execution of custom-built software applications, all with a keen focus on safety. Furthermore, Ram worked for numerous other fortune 500 companies, including IBM, Bank of America, Abbott, British Petroleum (BP), and KeyBank. Even more, Ram concurrently was fulfilling his second passion for real estate, as he became a licensed Realtor in North Carolina and South Carolina, a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in North Carolina originated loans with $15M+ volume, a licensed General Securities Representative (Series 7), and a registered Investment Advisor (Series 66). To date, Ram has collected 9+ years of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, development, and multi-family property management.

Throughout his 9+ year real estate journey thus far, Ram has built and sold a custom home in Providence Country Club as a licensed general contractor, owns and manages several rental properties in Charlotte, NC, and was a prior managing member of Cloisters Capital, where he acquired, renovated, maintained, and disposed of an 88-unit apartment complex called ‘The Cloisters’ in Myrtle Beach, SC. In addition, Ram was a partner in Aviary Village Capital where he successfully led the acquisition, renovation, and disposition of a 63-unit apartment complex called 'Aviary Village' in Conway, SC and led the development for a 18,000 sqft. retail building called ‘Gateway’ in Indian Land, SC - all of which collectively set a valuable pathway for investors to gain optimal ROI. Along with this, Ram is a managing member of Lancaster Capital, a principal managing member of Arka Heights, which is currently developing a $30+ million, 210-unit multi-family apartments in Monroe, NC. He is also a licensed life and health insurance agent in NC and a restaurateur with partnerships in multiple restaurants AmaravatiGrill.com and BBQNationUS.com. Today, Ram has leveraged that strong and diverse history with his advanced network of banks, builders, brokers, and traders to establish Ram Realty, a brokerage that currently has 35+ agents and has since closed 500+ transactions worth over $155M.
